Northampton Area School District

The Northampton County District Attorney's Office, in partnership with the Easton Opioid Awareness Task Force, has produced a film on the impact of opioids and fentanyl usage in the Lehigh Valley.

From the producer: "This is My Son, This is My Daughter" is a recently produced video depicting no- holds-barred interviews of young people from the Lehigh Valley who are in recovery from past drug addiction. Local parents who lost their children to fatal drug overdoses are also featured in the production. This video is raw and emotional and intended to convey the reality of drug addiction to students and student-athletes. For teens who may have lost family members or friends to drug overdoses, this film may be too impactful to view.

Mock Teen Bedroom

In conjunction with our showing of the film "This is My Son, This is My Daughter", the NASD Office of Safe Schools will host a "Mock Teen Bedroom" provided by the Center for Humanistic Change.
